A dispute between Petro Canada and hundreds of their employees in Montreal had workers in Edmonton joining others across the country to call for a boycott of all Petro Canada gas stations. Members of the Communications, Energy and Paperwork Union (CEP) say Petro Canada refuses to honour 260 Montreal employees with the same contract as workers in other provinces. "We need to stick together and we need to show the government and show the industry...we're out here, we're willing to work with you, but lets have the common respect to get back to the tables and negotiate a fair collective agreement for everyone," said union member Don Boucher. CEP officials are calling for a national boycott until Petro Canada ends its lockout with employees in Montreal. Cousine Volcan
